The Loire Valley Cottage is fully furnished, with 1 bedroom, with 1 King-sized bed.  Additionally, there is also a sofa/sleeper in the living room.  In the living room is a gas fireplace built into an oak mantle, plus a TV/DVD. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking, with stove, refrigerator, & microwave. In summer, enjoy the grill & picnic table provided with the cottage. Your parking space is right next to your Cottage. The Cottage also has central air. Features:

Daily Rates Based on 1 to 4 person occupancy / Packages based on double occupancy - call for single occupancy pricing.
2 night minimum stay on weekends - 3 nights required throughout any stay July - September 
3 night minimum on holidays  (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Venetian Festival, Labor Day)     

Weekly Rate:  

• Jan Thru May rate is $935.24 for 7 nights OR $662.70 for 5 nights (Sunday thru Thursday only)

• Jun Thru Dec rate is $1089.02 for 7 nights OR $740.85 for 5 nights (Sunday thru Thursday only)

• Stay for 7 nights while paying for only 6 nights

• Prices do not include breakfast at the Inn, but may be ordered for an additional fee.

• Light daily housekeeping services; daily towels.
