Reservations:  All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.  Cottages and reservations made within our 7-day cancellation period require full payment at the time the reservation is made. 

Cancellations:  We have a 7-day cancellation policy;  you can cancel up to 7 days before the reservation and there will be a $15.00 processing fee per room per night of your original reservation.  If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation, there will be a 50% charge, or 1-nights stay, whichever is greater.  No-shows are charged 100% of their stay. No refunds for early departures.  All cancellations MUST be made over the phone.  Email and fax cancellations will not be honored.

Rates: Rates by date are shown under individual room names (Select "Rooms" from menu).  Taxes are extra.  Rates are subject to change.

• Inn Guest Room rates are based on double occupancy ($35.00/extra person for select rooms only)  and include a sumptuous gourmet breakfast;  (2 night minimum on most weekends.  From November 1st -  March 31st selected rooms are available for one night weekend stays excluding holiday weekends and Special Events;  3- or 4-night minimum on Holiday weekends)

• Cottage rates are based on up to 4 person occupancy ($25.00/extra person in the Napa Cottage) breakfast is not included  (2-night minimum from Sept.-June;  3-night minimum for July & August;   3- or 4-night minimum for Holiday weekends)

• Special Rates:  Weekly, Corporate, Mid-week Winter, Off-Season Group

Check in time: 3:00 p.m. for Inn guests and  cottages guests

Check out time:  11 a.m.

No smoking No smoking at the Inn or Cottages or on the pool patio; smoking allowed in designated areas only..

Sorry, no animals; For health reasons, we cannot accommodate animals of any type anywhere on the property, but local kennels are available

Twin Gables is an adult-oriented Inn; Children are always welcome in the Cottages, but only by special arrangement in the Inn
